Pricing

Fewer, better leads — priced per council

Every source of new-company data starts from the same public register. Salenovo charges for the judgement on top: which of the companies will trade, what they are, and a contact route that has been checked. The public index is free; the ranked list with contacts is £29 a month per council — founding price, locked for twelve months (£49 standard), and the first two weeks cost nothing.

Founding prices until 31 December 2026, locked for twelve months from the day you subscribe; standard prices after that are £49 / £149 / £349. Whatever you pay when you join is what you pay for the year.

The founding 20

The first 20 firms to subscribe get the founding price locked for twelve months, a named place on this site if they want one, and a direct say in what gets built next — the sectors, signals and formats that matter to them. The founding price is open to anyone who joins before 31 December 2026; after that new customers pay the standard price.

What is in every row

Band (A–E) and score · company name, number and incorporation date · what it does, in one line · entity type (operating business, property vehicle, holding, dormant, non-profit) · sector · formation channel and address type · already-has-an-accountant flag · verified website (and whether the registered number was found on it) · generic business mailbox with its source page · phone type · registered food premises with address and hygiene status · re-check dates. See a real week, with definitions.

What you can do with the data

Use it inside your own business. Load it into your CRM or practice software, keep everything you have received, contact the companies, share it with colleagues in the same firm. That is what it is for.

Not for resale or republication. The company-level facts (name, number, date, SIC, registered office) are public-register data under the Open Government Licence and remain free for anyone to use. Salenovo's scores, bands, classifications, verified contact details and premises matches are ours: they may not be sold on, published, or supplied to a third party as a dataset. Agencies acting for a named client can use it for that client.

Personal data. There is none beyond what is on the public register, and less: no director names, dates of birth or home addresses. Generic business mailboxes (info@, hello@, enquiries@) are taken from the company's own public website and carry the page and date they were taken from. Contacting a limited company or LLP by email for business purposes is permitted under PECR; you must say who you are and offer an opt-out, and every row carries the source so that you can.

Questions

What do I receive, exactly?

An email every Monday morning with every new company in your council ranked A to E — the whole list, not a subset, so nothing a raw feed would give you is missing — and a spreadsheet attached with every column. The sample week shows a real one, row by row, with what each column means.

How does the free two weeks work?

Tell us your council and your work email. The first list arrives within one working day, the next on the following Monday. No card is needed to start. At the end of the two weeks we ask whether you want to continue; if you do, we invoice monthly and you can cancel at any time by replying to any email.

How do I pay?

Start now with your email and your council; nothing to pay for two weeks. Near the end of the trial you get a secure Stripe link by email to continue by card, monthly, and the list keeps coming — or set the card up today from the links above and the free fortnight still applies. Cancel, change plan or update your card any time from your account, or by replying to any email. Annual or invoice payment by bank transfer on request. No VAT is charged at present.

Can I have two councils?

Yes — each council is £29 a month at the founding price. From four or five councils the regional tier is cheaper.

What if my area has very few companies?

Some councils see fewer than twenty incorporations a week and perhaps five worth contacting. The price is the same, and the free two weeks exist so you can see the numbers first; the public page for every council shows last week's count before you start.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly, cancel any time; you keep the lists to the end of the month you have paid for. The founding price is locked for twelve months for as long as you stay subscribed.

Business-to-business email to a limited company or LLP is permitted under PECR without prior consent, provided you say who you are and offer an opt-out. Every row says where the address came from. No director names, no home addresses.
